Tanya O’Brien
Personal Trainer
Tanya’s passion for fitness started as a collegiate athlete studying Health and Physical Education at the University of Lynchburg. She went on to earn her Master’s degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning at Bridgewater State University, where she also competed on the Olympic Lifting team and interned at Wellesley College.
As a mom of 2, she understands firsthand what it means to balance family, life, and fitness. She brings that real-world perspective to every client she works with.
Certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness, Tanya leverages a unique blend of corrective exercise and strength and conditioning to get her clients out of pain and to their goals as quickly as possible. She holds additional certifications in 200-hour Yoga, USA Olympic Weightlifting, Functional Movement Screening, and General Nutrition Education.
With 18 years of hands-on experience, her main goal is simple: to help every woman become the best version of herself by building positive, sustainable habits that last.
